Now we are searching for you to help us scale the vision of a world free of chick culling (www.omegga.de).
As a Sales Engineer at Omegga, you will lead our initiatives to explore new markets and forge strategic partnerships, enhancing our industry footprint, while working closely with the founders. Your role will be pivotal in understanding market dynamics and leveraging this insight to establish a strong organizational presence and foster key relationships. This position combines strategic vision, innovative problem-solving, and leadership to propel our business to new successes and solidify our market position (50% remote work possible if feasible with current projects).What You'll Do:
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Develop strategic plans to position Omegga effectively for market penetration and future sales growth.
- Industry Engagement and Representation: Engage with potential clients, visit hatcheries and represent Omegga at key conferences and industry events. With the aim to build a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, build relationships, and identify sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation and Sales Funnel Management: Take ownership of the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Implement innovative lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust sales funnel, and drive sales activities to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Develop strategic alliances with relevant industry players to explore synergistic opportunities that can be leveraged for future growth.
- Product Positioning and Feedback Loops: Systematically gather customer and market feedback to refine product offerings and align them with market expectations.
